This notice explains how Fastbid processes information when you use the public leaderboard, submit a listing, or reserve a brand slot.
What we collect
Fastbid stores the listing or brand details you submit, a payment reference from Dodo Payments, security logs needed to prevent abuse, and aggregate analytics. We do not store card details.
Why we use it
We use this information to publish paid listings, prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims, measure outbound clicks, operate support, and improve Fastbid. Analytics are used in aggregate where possible.
Click attribution
When a visitor opens a listed destination, Fastbid records the click and adds attribution parameters when the destination supports them. The destination may also receive the normal browser referrer under our Referrer-Policy.
Providers
Fastbid uses Dodo Payments for checkout, Cloudinary for submitted logo storage, MongoDB for application data, Vercel for hosting, and DataFast for analytics. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy notice.

To request correction or removal of a listing or submitted brand slot, email hello@fastbid.lol from the address used at checkout and include the relevant Dodo payment ID.
